PHOTO-PAINT over-scroll tip

Here's a great tip that eluded many I suspect, including me. (Thanks Huib.)

Sometimes you'll need to zoom into the corner of an image, but there's no "breathing room" around that corner for you to use masking, paint or effects tools the way you'd like.

Try this:
  1. load any image into PHOTO-PAINT.
  2. maximize the image window and PHOTO-PAINT itself.
  3. zoom into the corner.
  4. watch the animation below to see the difference.
